Qualifications

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Prior experience at a commercial bank/investment bank or credit training is a plus.
• Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office; ability to synthesize information.
• Willingness to use AI-enabled tools like Microsoft Copilot for research and productivity.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a dynamic team setting.
• Self-starter with organizational skills and multi-priority management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in underwriting and analyzing potential acquisitions and originations, including cash flow projections.
• Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data.
• Review legal documents and support the due diligence process.
• Provide analytical and modeling support to senior teammates.
• Engage in training, mentorship, and team-building activities.
• Learn and apply AI-enabled tools to support research, analysis, and workflow.
