Job summary

Bellwether is seeking an Analyst, Debt to support the asset management team in preserving and creating value across a portfolio of commercial real estate debt investments. You will assist with monitoring performance, evaluating cash flows, and preparing analyses for sponsors.

The role collaborates with investment, origination and execution teams, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings to senior management. Office-based in the US with periodic travel.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience
• Interest in commercial real estate analytics

Responsibilities

• Monitor a portfolio of debt investments across property types
• Review business plans, leasing activity, and monthly operating performance
• Perform market-level due diligence and cash flow forecasting
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting for investments
• Summarize portfolio performance for senior management
