Institutional real estate investors manage increasingly complex debt portfolios across hundreds of loans, lenders, and investment vehicles. As a Loan Asset Management Analyst on Chatham's Investment Management team, you'll help bring structure and clarity to that complexity.
Working alongside experienced advisors, you'll analyze commercial real estate loan agreements, organize critical financing information, and transform complex loan terms into structured data within Chatham's proprietary technology platform. This role is designed for someone starting out in their career who enjoys learning quickly and working with both financial data and legal documentation. You'll receive hands‑on training while gaining exposure to sophisticated commercial real estate financing structures that few entry‑level roles provide. Over time, you’ll become a trusted partner in helping clients proactively manage their loan portfolios and make more confident, informed decisions.
You’ve developed a strong understanding of commercial real estate loan structures, can independently model straightforward loans, and consistently produce accurate, high-quality work.
You’re contributing meaningfully to client deliverables, identifying inconsistencies in loan documentation, asking thoughtful questions, and beginning to participate in client discussions.
You’re independently supporting portions of client portfolios, recognized as a dependable team member, and developing the judgment needed to progress toward an Associate role.
