Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
• Eligible to work in the US now and in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear presentations.
• Proficient with Windows apps: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• Hybrid internship in Whippany, NJ with 3 days in office.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to develop national/brand plans.
• Assist in pulling and analyzing syndicated and POS data.
• Develop recommendations based on data analysis to improve results.
• Communicate results and ideas in written and verbal formats.
• Interact with BCH colleagues across Sales Strategy, Marketing and Customer Teams.
• Develop negotiation tactics for mutually acceptable outputs.
• Present project results and learnings to Bayer management.
