Qualifications

• Proven credit analysis skills with ability to assess real estate credits.
• Strong industry knowledge in real estate, homebuilding and non-recourse finance.
• Ability to analyze credit trends and forecast potential defaults.
• Aptitude to write organized, in-depth credit reports and memos.
• Advanced cash flow modeling in Excel and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess credit applications from branches and agencies.
• Analyze creditworthiness, loan structure, and cash flow of borrowers.
• Build projection and enterprise valuation models and test sensitivity.
• Summarize industry trends and compare borrowers to peers.
• Prepare clear credit opinions with recommendations for approval/decline.
• Engage with branches/agencies on credit structure changes.
• Monitor portfolio credits and perform annual/quarterly reviews.
• Present credit opinions to senior management and external parties.
