The role offers exposure to acquisitions, development, structured finance, capital markets, and asset management, supporting the full investment lifecycle.

Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
Experience underwriting investments across real estate asset classes.
Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals and capital markets.
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed financial SCRATCH models for acquisitions, developments, recapitalizations, and credit opportunities.
Perform property-, market-, and portfolio-level underwriting.
Evaluate investment opportunities via financial analysis, research, and due diligence.
Prepare investment committee materials and internal memoranda for approvals.
Support transaction execution, including financing, legal reviews, and third-party diligence.
Collaborate with asset management to monitor performance and capital projects.
Analyze debt and equity financing alternatives and capital structure decisions.
Monitor market trends to support sourcing and portfolio strategy.
