Amazon is seeking an exceptional attorney to support the North American Seller Business & Programs Team. You will provide day-to-day legal guidance to business teams and help launch programs, products and features for sellers.

You will lead drafting and negotiations of complex commercial agreements, resolve issues in existing relationships, and manage pre-litigation inquiries with practical, business-focused judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of post bar admission legal experience.
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal support to business teams and develop practical, business-centric strategies.
• Help business teams launch programs, products and features for sellers.
• Lead drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements.
