Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of licensed legal experience in commercial real estate and corporate matters.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to build relationships
• Strong ability to analyze, negotiate, and draft legal documents

Responsibilities

• Assist real estate team with real estate transactions.
• Negotiate and draft commercial purchase/sale agreements and related docs.
• Support due diligence and closings.
• Handle title and survey examination and clearance.
• Draft and manage general business contracts with vendors/consultants.
• Provide general legal support to divisions.
• Assist with liability insurance claims settlement.
• Interpret documents and advise leadership on legal issues as needed.
• Provide litigation and claims management support.
• Establish professional, approachable and responsive conduct.
• Lead special projects as assigned.
