Your role will involve providing legal support to executives, managing compliance and risk, and overseeing a range of legal matters. The ideal candidate holds a J.D. and has 10+ years of legal experience, with strong expertise in corporate law and contract management. Qualifications

• 10 years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably with a mix of firm and in‑house experience.
• Admission to the bar in TN and in good standing.
• Experience in employment law, intellectual property, and risk management is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance and support to executive leadership.
• Oversee and manage outside counsel relationships.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies.
• Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments.
• Draft and update company policies.
• Review, draft, and negotiate routine contracts.
• Develop and deliver legal training programs.
• Manage intellectual property matters.
• Oversee insurance coverage and claims management.
• Provide legal advice on employment law matters.
• Supervise and mentor legal support staff.
