Regions Bank seeks a Real Estate Corporate Banking Analyst in Dallas to help design, originate, structure and execute loan commitments and capital market products for REIT/Fund clients. The role supports relationship-building, conducts rigorous financial analysis, and collaborates with Associates, VPs and Directors to deliver Corporate Banking solutions.

You will build financial models, perform due diligence, and assist in documentation, closing and portfolio management while maintaining speed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Understands client needs and identifies Regions’ products and services or other actionable ideas that can help clients achieve their goals.
• Develops and maintains detailed financial models to value REIT/Fund companies and depict projected financial results.
• Conducts extensive financial and industry due diligence to evaluate the risk/return parameters of a transaction.
• Supports senior bankers in client relationships and analyzes profitability and new ideas.
• Maintains proprietary databases with market and client data.
