Qualificações

• 1–3 years in originating/underwriting CRE loans and/or managing performing/distressed assets.
• Experience with asset management of CRE loans is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite and oversee commercial real estate loans.
• Maintain market relationships with vendors and industry participants.
• Support structuring and execution of financing solutions for external clients.
