Job summary

Apex Service Partners, LLC is seeking a Real Estate Coordinator to support real estate activities for new and existing locations. You will work with operational leaders, legal, marketing and finance to ensure lease terms are met and milestones achieved.

Qualifications

BA/BS preferred.
2-3 years in development, real estate, project management or related field.
Knowledge of commercial Real Estate market and processes.
Proficiency with Word and Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication; organizational and math skills.
Ability to manage time and prioritize work.
High responsiveness and availability.

Responsibilities

Coordinate real estate activities for new and existing locations.
Collaborate with operational leaders to meet real estate needs; conduct market surveys.
Coordinate site visits and lease terms with legal and finance.
Liaise with real estate partner, brokers, landlords to drive lease execution.
Manage project documentation and approvals.
Assist due diligence including zoning and regulatory approvals.
Prepare project updates and status reports.
Maintain contract database and files.
Ensure critical dates and deadlines are met.
Review and update real estate forms and processes.
Coordinate rent and security deposits and turnover of leases.
