Job summary

Realty Operations Group (ROG) is seeking a Paralegal to support the Procurement Contracts team across the full contract lifecycle—from initiation through execution, renewal, and closeout. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure contractual obligations are properly documented, tracked, and fulfilled.

This position provides exposure across asset management, construction, IT, legal, and other corporate services, with opportunities to contribute to templates,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ paralegal experience in a real estate company or law firm preferred.
• General/working knowledge of common documents and practices related to real estate asset management and construction.
• The candidate must be mature, highly motivated, career-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Contract Management and Administration: Maintain contract databases and repositories to ensure accurate tracking and accessibility.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, execution, extension, and renewal.
• Coordinate with various departments to streamline contract workflows and approval processes.
• Track expirations and renewals; manage amendments and contract closeouts.
• Generate reports, summaries, and correspondence as needed.
• Support the implementation and optimization of the company's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
