Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a Real Estate Contract Specialist to manage the 3rd party sale process from contract receipt through closing. You will review contracts, assess terms, interpret obligations, and coordinate with legal counsel when needed to ensure compliance with Cartus policy and client requirements.

You will serve as a liaison between agents, RES/CSC and customers, execute contracts, monitor contingencies, and drive successful closings.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting contracts across multiple states.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to assess legal obligations and financial risk.
• Familiarity with real estate policy and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the contract-to-closing process from receipt to closing.
• Review offers and contracts for terms and risk.
• Coordinate with legal counsel as needed.
• Communicate red flags to relevant teams.
• Execute contracts and monitor contingencies.
• Maintain data in ATLAS, HEM, and related systems.
• Assist with negotiations and client communications.
