Job summary
Lids Corporate Office in Indianapolis, IN offers a Real Estate & Construction Internship designed to give you exposure to growth opportunities in retail real estate. You will work under mentors in a fast-paced sports and fashion environment.

Students will work at the Lids Corporate Office in Indianapolis, IN under the guidance of mentors while engaging in real career‑related activities. Interns will have the opportunity to present their business projects to the Lids Leadership team and other key members of the organization. The program is designed to complement and expand the students' classroom education and offers an opportunity to gain marketable career experience.
- Develop a Real Estate Growth Opportunity Pipeline
- Identify unique retail store opportunities outside of Malls such as Airports, Beaches, Tourist Destinations, Shopping Streets, Near Sporting Venue, Near Campus, Train Depots, Outdoor Lifestyle Centers, etc.
- Source “High-End” Malls Lids has never leased
- Partner with RCS Real Estate Advisors on Opportunities by engaging with Brokers.
- Proficient in excel
- Strong and personable communication
- Real Estate/Broker background
- Legal Leasing understanding (ability to read a lease)
- Forward thinking ability to source new opportunities for growth
