Applied Digital, Inc. is seeking a Real Estate Compliance Analyst in Dallas to administer the real estate compliance program and ensure obligations are identified, assigned, tracked, and completed on time.

The role collaborates with Legal, Development, Construction, Operations, and Finance to improve compliance processes, support audits, and maintain audit-ready records. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential, with experience in contract management and

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in compliance, contract administration, legal operations, or related fields.
Experience interpreting contractual obligations and working with contracts and compliance tools.
Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, and reporting tools; CLM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Review leases, development agreements, permits, easements, and other project documents to identify compliance obligations, responsible parties, deliverables, and deadlines.
Support development and use of compliance systems that automate tracking and notifications.
Maintain compliance documentation and audit-ready records.
Coordinate reminders, reports, notices, and certifications related to compliance.
Assist with audits, due diligence, and regulatory inquiries by organizing documentation.
Prepare compliance reports and dashboards for management review.
Assist with data integrity and use of contract lifecycle management platforms and dashboards.
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify missed or at-risk obligations and improve processes.
