Responsibilities

• Reviews appraisals for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with policy and regulations.
• Maintains records of appraisal orders, reports, reviews, and correspondence.
• Reviews flood insurance requirements for real estate loans.
• Identifies deficient flood insurance coverage and communicates requirements to lenders and borrowers.
• Maintains documentation supporting appraisal, flood insurance, and collateral requirements.
• Supports collateral tracking for real estate loans and regulatory reporting.
