We are seeking a full-time, on-site Real Estate Paralegal to join our growing team in the downtown Kannapolis area. Candidate will work from our Kannapolis location with minimal rare travel to other locations. Initial training will take place at our Mooresville Office with permanent location being in Kannapolis. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
You will play a key role in ensuring each transaction is executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory standards. This position involves close collaboration with attorneys, clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other industry professionals. Experience in estate planning and/or business formation is advantageous, but not required.
