Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Client Accountant in St. Louis to manage cash and accrual accounting, general ledger, and financial reporting for multiple clients. You will perform full cycle accounting, prepare reports, and ensure accuracy under limited supervision.

The role requires a college degree in Finance or Accounting with practical experience; strong MS Office and 10 Key skills are preferred. Salary range provided and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• College degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Requires some experience, but less than one year or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic knowledge of commercial real estate is a plus; proficient in MS Office and 10 Key skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Full Cycle Accounting, analyze accounts and transactions.
• Prepare cash management, AP and AR, accruals and reconciliations.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages with internal controls and client requirements.
• Review fixed asset ledgers and depreciation; calculate straight-line rent as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies; highlight inconsistencies to management.
• Research and communicate basic accounting issues; escalate appropriately.
• Communicate and collaborate with clients and property management.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation.
• Perform other related duties as required.
