Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield’s EIC Intern, Client Accounting in St. Louis offers hands-on learning in commercial real estate accounting. You’ll work with multiple managers to learn and assist in delivering client service.

Intern duties include AP/AR processing, journal entries, financial statements, and assisting with office operations and front desk coverage, plus supporting special projects and customer service for Client Accounting and Property Management.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (juniors/seniors preferred).
• Prior accounts payable/receivable experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Review, reconcile, and resolve client issues.
• Analyze, prepare, and post journal entries.
• Prepare financial statements and reconcile/audit review.
• Assist with front desk coverage and office tasks.
• Support management with special projects.
• Provide professional customer service to Client Accounting and Property Management.
