Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible finance and accounting experience; senior leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business required; advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading Finance and Accounting within a complex, multi-entity organization; strong command of planning, forecasting, reporting, cash flow, and internal controls.
• Experience with real estate development, homebuilding, construction, private equity, or investment management is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with joint ventures, lenders, institutional investors, private investors, and complex investment structures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise finance operations across Bridge Tower’s lines: property management, leasing, new home sales, construction, land acquisition, development, and asset management.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across departments, legal entities, projects, communities, and investment structures.
• Oversee executive financial reporting for ownership, leadership, lenders, and investors; ensure timely, accurate, actionable information.
• Lead Finance, Accounting, and Construction Accounting functions; build strong teams and scalable operations.
• Partner with accounting leadership to ensure timely month-end close, entity-level reporting, reconciliations, and controls.
• Analyze project, community, and departmental performance to identify trends, risks, margins, capital needs, and profitability opportunities.
• Support investment and development decisions through financial modeling, deal analysis, cost tracking, scenario planning, and returns analysis.
• Provide financial oversight of construction and development activity, including budgets, costs, change orders, vendor spend, and timelines.
• Serve as strategic finance partner translating complex data into clear recommendations for priorities and actions.
• Strengthen and evolve Bridge Tower’s financial infrastructure: reporting tools, dashboards, controls, processes, workflows.
• Own recurring executive financial reviews and cross-functional finance initiatives; ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• Partner with Managing Partners on capital and investment strategy to support growth and partnerships.
