Job summary

Bridge Tower Properties, LLC is seeking an experienced Controller to supervise accounting operations across its vertically integrated real estate platform. You will report to the CFO and lead day-to-day accounting, month-end close, and project-level reporting across multiple entities and communities.

The role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, ownership, and the ability to drive processes as the company scales, including construction accounting and external audits.

Qualifications

• 5 – 8+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including supervising experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Experience overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, and internal controls in a multi-entity org.
• Experience with real estate, homebuilding, construction, or property management preferred.
• Experience with intercompany accounting and consolidated reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• Clear communication and leadership across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations across Bridge Tower’s business lines and entities, including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and fixed assets.
• Oversee month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes with accurate journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial reporting at entity, project, community, and consolidated levels.
• Oversee construction accounting, including job costing and project-level reporting.
• Coordinate external audits and accounting compliance activities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with the CFO.
• Lead and develop the Accounting team and improve processes.
