Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for a project-driven organization.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, internal controls, and project accounting practices.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, billing, collections, and financial close processes.
• Assess project profitability, backlog, and estimate-to-complete for strategic decision making.
• Develop the finance team and establish robust financial systems and reporting for executives.
