Meraki Talent seeks a Director to lead capital raising for a growing real estate private equity investment firm, expanding relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and wealth platforms. The role focuses on broadening fundraising initiatives and developing investor strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in capital raising / investor relations within real estate (Multifamily).
• Strong understanding of a diverse LP landscape (institutional, family office, wealth).
• Background in real estate private equity.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and manage investor relationships.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute capital raising strategies across multiple LP channels
• Build and manage relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and wealth platforms
• Lead investor meetings, presentations, and due diligence processes
• Support the preparation of fundraising materials, reporting, and investor communications
• Partner closely with senior leadership on investor strategy and market positioning
