I'm working with an established U.S. multifamily real estate investment manager focused on opportunistic, value-oriented investments across secondary U.S. markets.

The firm has a strong long-term investment track record and is now looking to expand its presence across the private wealth ecosystem.

The Opportunity:

They are looking to hire a VP / Director of Capital Raising to work directly alongside the Founder and take ownership of the firm's private wealth fundraising efforts.

This is a highly commercial, externally focused role, with responsibility for originating from

• Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs)
• Family Offices
• High-Net-Worth Individuals
• Private Wealth Networks

The Profile:

The firm is looking for a proven private wealth capital raiser with:

• A track record of raising capital through RIAs, Family Offices and/or HNW channels
• Strong knowledge of real estate and/or private markets
• A genuine hunter mentality and commercial approach
• Experience managing a full fundraising pipeline from origination through to close
• The ability to represent the firm and investment strategy directly with prospective investors
• Strong communication, relationship-building and business development skills
