Job summary

You will work closely with finance professionals, perform financial analysis and asset valuation tasks, and gain exposure to the full loan process, while developing Excel and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in finance, real estate, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Source loans for real estate development, acquisition, refinancing.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of loan closings.
• Evaluate performance of real estate projects and help prepare financial statements and cash flow analyses.
• Gain exposure to commercial real estate valuations and appraisal techniques.
• Collaborate with the Finance Team to support dispositions and financial reporting.
