You will join the Production team to support the procurement, marketing, and closing of commercial real estate financing transactions, gaining exposure to asset classes, clients, capital sources, deal structuring, negotiation tactics, market trends, and financial models.

Qualifications

Current undergraduate sophomore or junior.
Desire to work in the commercial real estate industry.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

Provide underwriting support for current deals, including market surveys, lease reviews, and financial analyses.
Assist in client, property, and market research.
Support in preparing marketing materials for clients and capital sources.
Inspect real estate and surrounding land uses.
Help maintain a contact database of customers, capital providers, and others in the commercial real estate and finance industry.
Contribute to the maintenance of office pipeline reports.
Ad hoc special projects.
