Qualificações

• Law degree required.
• Six (6) years of commercial real estate lending legal experience in financial services or strong bank-regulatory knowledge.
• Licensed in good standing to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate legal/regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provides legal support to the RECM team, including document negotiation and outside counsel management.
• Assists underwriting staff with legal oversight of loans (FNMA, Freddie Mac, HUD, etc.).
• Ensures adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates within Regions' governance to address risks and protect shareholder interests.
• Maintains awareness of market trends and evolving regulations.
