Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta-based Capital Markets team seeks a capable Associate to support debt and equity financing initiatives across property types. You will lead complex debt sizing, develop models, prepare memoranda, and coordinate with lenders and clients to advance transactions.

The role emphasizes strong financial analysis, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. On-site in Atlanta with occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, real estate, accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with complex financial models and debt/equity transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of debt sizing and development models for properties.
• Prepare debt/equity offering memoranda and summaries for clients and lenders.
• Manage the graphic design process of memoranda with a designer and produce professional materials.
• Assist brokers and analysts during the closing process and support business development.
