Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Capital Markets, based in Atlanta and on-site. You will support property-level and market analyses, create pro forma and DCF models in Excel, and audit existing financial models.

Expect collaboration with Investment Sales brokers and frequent data synthesis to inform sales strategy. Ideal candidates have CRE analysis experience, strong Argus and Excel skills, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of commercial real estate financial analysis and cash flow modeling experience.
• Extensive experience with Argus Enterprise.
• Advanced Excel skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial analysis and modeling requests.
• Analyze rent rolls and operating statements for feasibility and valuation.
• Prepare pro forma statements and discounted cash flow analyses.
• Audit financial models for accuracy and validate assumptions.
• Review leases and summarize issues clearly.
• Conduct market research and synthesize findings.
• Assist in due diligence collection and client inquiries.
• Develop high-level transaction summaries and underwriting.
• Assist in final marketing materials and underwriting for sales transactions.
