These transactions include permanent, bridge, construction and recapitalization financings throughout the capital stack including first mortgages, B-notes, mezzanine financings, preferred equity, and common equity.Position SummaryThe Capital Markets Associate will serve as dedicated support to a leading Atlanta-based broker team within Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Equity Debt & Structured Finance (EDSF) group. The team represents owners of all major property types with an emphasis on the Atlanta market, and markets in the Southeastern U.S. and across the country.Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt, and Structured Finance group (“C&W EDSF”) is a premier capital markets team providing solutions for complex transactions on behalf of institutional, corporate, and private investment clients offering a range of debt advisory services including construction, bridge and permanent financing throughout the capital stack including first mortgages, B-notes, mezzanine financings and preferred equity.The Associate will support all phases of the financing process, including leading the preparation of detailed financial analysis and valuations, directly assisting brokers in preparing proposals for new business opportunities, leading the preparation and execution financial models and marketing materials for new assignments, directly marketing debt and equity opportunities to prospective lenders and investors, and presenting summaries of the team’s marketing efforts to clients.This role will be based in Atlanta, Georgia, and the candidate must be available to work on-site in the Cushman & Wakefield office located at 1180 Peachtree Street. Team members may be expected to travel and work outside normal operating hours to meet project deadlines.
