Do you love helping people find their dream home? We’re looking for a real estate sales agent to join our successful Atlanta-based team to help our clients buy and sell homes. You’ll be given buyer and seller clients and leads, as well as training and tools to hunt for your own leads. Our in-house leadership team completely supports you and gives you one-on-one accountability coaching, leads, contract-to-close support, listing support and training, to make sure you can focus on what you do best which is making relationships, connecting with clients and closing deals. Responsibilities

• Turn prospective sellers into listings by following up, educating them on the selling process and continuously communicating with them until close.
• Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
• Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results
• Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
• Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience

Compensation

$108,000 at plan earnings
