Job summary

The Bridge Group in Houston is seeking motivated Real Estate Buyer’s Agents to join a growing team. We invest heavily in lead generation and provide opportunities, training, coaching, and transaction support so you can focus on talking to clients, showing homes, writing offers, and closing deals.

This role is ideal for newer or growing agents who want structure, support, and real opportunities to build their own real estate business with guidance and mentorship.

Qualifications

• You’re responsive, coachable, and comfortable talking to people.
• You’re willing to consistently follow up and convert opportunities.
• You will work with lead-generation and support systems to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Talk to clients and prospective buyers to understand needs.
• Show homes and guide buyers through offers and closings.
