EmpowerHome Team - Houston is seeking a motivated buyer's agent to help clients find their dream homes in Texas. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate negotiations, and guide buyers through the closing process to deliver a great experience.

You will maintain strong communication from first contact to closing, use CRM and lead management tools, host open houses, and collaborate with the team in weekly training sessions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills.
• Established track record of successful real estate sales.
• Texas real estate license and ability to travel by car.

Responsibilities

• Meet and guide motivated buyers through the purchase process.
• Maintain clear communication from consultation to closing.
• Convert pre-set appointments into closed transactions.
• Use CRM and lead management tools to stay organized.
• Deliver excellent service to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Host open houses with provided leads and traffic.
• Stay organized with calendar, pipeline, and follow-ups.
