Job summary
EmpowerHome Team Houston is seeking a Buyer’s Agent in the Houston, TX market to help qualified buyers close more transactions and grow income.
You’ll meet with buyers via company-provided appointments, while we supply leads, a proven sales system, CRM and ongoing coaching. If you are a driven, customer-focused agent with a Texas license, this full-time role offers commission-based earning potential and team support.
Qualifications
- Licensed Texas real estate agent (Active license)
- Located in or able to serve the Houston, TX market
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Full-time commitment to real estate
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Meet with qualified home buyers through company-provided appointments
- Build relationships and understand each client's home-buying goals
- Guide buyers through the real estate purchasing process
- Show homes and help clients evaluate properties
- Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of buyers
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, agents, and other partners
- Provide an exceptional client experience from consultation to closing
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team development
- Build a referral-based business by delivering excellent service
