Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ needs, preferences, and financial capacity to recommend appropriate real estate solutions
• Conduct detailed comparative market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies accurately
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, leases, and closing statements, in compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Maintain and regularly update property listings to ensure accurate and current market representation
• Promote and market residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors
• Possess active real estate license or be enrolled in real estate school
• Demonstrate a proven track record of successful sales in real estate
• Show friendly, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Utilize basic computer skills and MS Office proficiently
• Work independently as well as part of a team
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Be at least 18 years old
• Capitalize on Windermere’s 50 years of experience to establish credibility
• Engage in professional training—online and live— for ongoing education
• Leverage integrated tech tools like CRM and presentation platforms
• Execute dynamic marketing efforts for print or digital channels
• Discuss additional responsibilities and growth opportunities in interviews
• Earn commissions in the range of $60,000 to $85,000 (DOE)
