We welcome candidates who are licensed or currently enrolled in real estate school. The role offers mentoring, ongoing training, and flexible scheduling, with commission-based earnings and internal support across departments.

Qualifications

• Must have or be enrolled in a real estate program.
• Strong sales track record in a client-facing role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ needs to recommend real estate solutions.
• Conduct comparative market analyses to price properties accurately.
• Prepare contracts, leases and closing statements in compliance with standards.
• Maintain accuracy of property listings with market data.
• Market residential and commercial properties to buyers and investors.
• Must be licensed or enrolled in real estate school; proven sales success.
