Mercor is seeking experienced Real Estate Brokers to help evaluate and improve AI-generated real estate content and workflows. You will leverage your real-world expertise in overseeing transactions, negotiating deals, and managing brokerage operations.

The role focuses on evaluating AI outputs, comparing responses for transactional soundness, and providing expert feedback on pricing, terms, and closing coordination.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Real Estate Broker or related role.
• Experience overseeing real estate transactions and negotiations.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.

About the Role

Mercor is hiring experienced Real Estate Brokers to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems. In this role, you'll evaluate AI-generated real estate content and workflows, leveraging your real-world expertise in overseeing transactions, negotiating deals, and managing brokerage operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated listing descriptions, negotiation scripts, transaction summaries, and other brokerage artifacts for quality and accuracy.

• Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on transactional soundness, negotiation strategy, and market-relevant reasoning.

• Review brokerage scenarios involving pricing, contract terms, closing coordination, and office operations and provide expert feedback.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Real Estate Broker, Managing Broker, Designated Broker, Broker Associate, Realtor, or another closely related real estate brokerage role.

• Experience overseeing real estate transactions, negotiating between buyers and sellers, listing and selling properties, or managing brokerage operations.

• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.

• Strong written English communication skills.

Additional Information

• Start date: Immediate

• Duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks

• Payment: task-based (payment upon first task approval). Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.
