Qualifications

• Must be a LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT or CURRENTLY ENROLLED in real estate school.
• Proven sales success in real estate or sales-driven environment.
• Personable with excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to guide clients through transactions.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and CRM familiarity.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for visits and meetings.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the country.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ needs and financial capacity to recommend real estate solutions.
• Conduct detailed comparative market analyses to determine property values.
• Prepare and manage contracts, leases, and closing statements with legal compliance.
• Maintain and update property listings for accurate market representation.
• Present, promote, and market residential and commercial properties to buyers and investors.
