Regions Bank is seeking a summer intern for its Emerging Talent Program in the Real Estate Banking Group, Income Property Finance, based in Dallas, TX. Interns will gain hands-on experience across credit analysis, research, and client materials while working with senior managers on live projects.

The program offers training, coaching, and exposure to multiple businesses within Corporate Banking, with a December 2027 or May 2028 graduation requirement and full-time status upon completion.

Qualificações

• College student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or Real Estate focus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Excel/PowerPoint is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in market data collection and industry/company research.
• Support credit analysis and financial statement review.
• Prepare client pitch materials and memos.
• Contribute to analysis of capital markets solutions and real estate financing.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers on calls and pipelines.
