Job summary

Regency Centers is seeking an Intern - Real Estate in our Dallas, TX office for Summer 2027. The 8-week program offers hands-on exposure across Leasing, Property Operations, Construction/Development, and Investments.

Interns work about 40 hours per week in person and shadow experienced real estate professionals. Qualified candidates are enrolled in a 4-year college, with a 3.0+ GPA, and pursuing Real Estate or Business Administration.

Qualifications

• Must be a student enrolled in a 4-year college or university
• GPA of at least 3.0 at time of application
• Interest in commercial real estate
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day in Dallas office
• Excellent MS Office, email, internet research skills and ability to learn new programs

Responsibilities

• Leasing: assist in identifying prospective tenants and underwriting deals
• Property Operations: shadow Property Managers and assist with visits to shopping center properties
• Investments: assist in due diligence and market research
• Construction/Development: help monitor progress of new tenants or developments
