Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years’ public accounting experience; LIHTC/real estate experience preferred.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Knowledge of partnership taxation, affordable housing, LIHTC compliance, and real estate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Direct projects and reviews, assign work and supervise junior staff.
• Lead audits, reviews, returns, and compilations for real estate and LIHTC clients.
• Coordinate engagement planning and time budgets; review financial statements and disclosures.
• Develop staff through mentoring and training; conduct performance reviews.
• Communicate with clients, lead meetings, and assist with billings.
