Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in public accounting; experience with affordable housing, real estate, LIHTC preferred.
• CPA certification preferred; knowledge of partnership taxation, LIHTC compliance, and real estate financial reporting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Direct larger, more complex assurance and tax engagements for real estate clients.
• Review work papers for accuracy and completeness; review financial statements for presentation and disclosures.
• Lead and develop junior staff; coordinate engagements, timelines, and client meetings; manage billing and confidentiality.
