Job summary

Insite Group, a Boston-based accountancy firm, is seeking an Audit Manager to lead a dedicated real estate portfolio. You will manage engagements from planning through completion, oversee budgets and resources, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

CPA qualified with six+ years in public practice, including at least two years in a managerial role, you will coach juniors, monitor technical developments, and drive business development within the portfolio.

Qualifications

• CPA qualification with a strong track record in public practice audit.
• Experience working with real estate clients is essential.
• Six+ years of audit experience, including at least two years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of real estate audit clients.
• Lead audit engagements from planning and fieldwork through to completion.
• Own key client relationships and act as a trusted contact for senior stakeholders.
• Review audit files and ensure readiness for Partner review.
• Manage engagement budgets, deadlines, resources and delivery.
