Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of audits, reviews, or compilations for real estate clients including REITs, developers, funds, and property managers.
• Supervise staff and oversee day-to-day operations of audit engagements from staffing to issuance.
• Collaborate with senior managers and partners on issue resolution and provide recommendations.
• Manage multiple engagements concurrently with different teams to meet client deadlines.
• Develop and monitor engagement budgets and provide guidance to staff on budget efficiency.
• Deliver professional development sessions and mentorship to junior staff.
• Provide insights on portfolio risk, asset management strategies, and process improvements.
