We are currently on the search for a mid level Associate Real Estate Attorney to join our team! In this position you will have a strong focus on commercial leasing and datacenter transactions (representing hyperscalers).

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position will include; drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, complex leases and SLAs, performing diligence, and handling ancillary agreements such as SNDAs.

Job Details
