Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in New Jersey
• 2+ years in real estate, construction or related area
• Experience with real estate transactions and contracts
• Familiarity with land acquisition and development entitlements
• Experience assisting with real estate closings and loan transactions
• Familiarity working with banks, lenders, and financial institutions
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Our firm is involved in all facets of real estate development, including land acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, financing, construction, and development.
