Job summary
Premier Development, a well‑established real estate development firm in Somerset County, New Jersey, invites an entry‑level Real Estate Attorney to join our legal and professional team. The attorney will contribute to all facets of real estate development, including land acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, financing, construction, and development.
This role offers hands‑on experience across a wide range of matters, mentorship from senior professionals, and opportunities for long‑term
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in New Jersey.
- 2+ years of real estate, construction, or related experience.
- Experience with real estate transactions and contracts.
- Familiarity with land acquisition and development entitlements.
- Experience assisting with closings and loan transactions.
- Experience working with banks, lenders, and other financial institutions.
- Strong research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Support real estate development matters from acquisition to financing.
- Assist with due diligence, entitlements, and closings.
- Collaborate with legal and development teams.
