The role offers exposure to land acquisition, entitlements, financing, construction, and development across residential and commercial properties.

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in New Jersey
• 2+ years in real estate, construction or related area
• Experience with real estate transactions and contracts
• Familiarity with land acquisition and development entitlements
• Experience assisting with real estate closings and loan transactions
• Familiarity working with banks, lenders, and financial institutions
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Responsabilidades

• Support real estate development projects from start to finish
• Assist with land acquisition, entitlements, financing, and closings
• Draft and review real estate contracts and loan documents
• Collaborate with legal, development, and finance teams to ensure compliance
