Job summary
Premier-Development seeks a motivated Real Estate Attorney to join their team in Raritan, NJ. This crucial role provides legal support throughout the real estate development process, engaging in tasks including drafting contracts and ensuring legal compliance.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, assist in acquiring developed properties, and support various legal aspects of transactions. A Juris Doctor degree and admission to the New Jersey Bar are required.
Qualifications
- Experience with multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, or residential real-estate development preferred.
- Familiarity with budgeting and cost-control systems is advantageous.
- Understanding of real estate finance and entitlement processes is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Support all phases of real estate development including site selection and due diligence.
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and leases.
- Conduct legal due diligence and ensure compliance with laws.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders throughout the development process.
